There are people in line to buy tickets and to pick up tickets, so you can imagine how long the line gets for a venue that seats 3,500 people! While it’s controlled and organized chaos on show days, Jessica said “it’s exciting to see the patrons ready for the show.” Jessica’s answer, in short: very busy! First off, the number of staff on hand for show days increases from 6 to 10- triple the amount of employees as on a non-show day! Due to the large number of people coming to pick up their tickets, every station is open. I was curious to see how a show day differed from a non-show day, so I asked.
Patrons frequently stop by to ask questions. On non-show days (typically Sunday through Thursday), the team is busy answering questions regarding upcoming events, acting as a Players Club desk, and selling tickets. During those hours, employees are busy with a variety of things.
